Create your order in the shopping cart. Indicate that a Purchase Order will be mailed or faxed in the Special Instructions. Then print the order form as a basis for getting funding approval and preparing your Purchase Order.
If you have a list of product needs, feel free to Fax the list to us. We will prepare a ProForma Invoice for you. We have hundreds of products that are not listed on our web site.
