A dark night All is quiet except for the incessant sound of the wind and the
rain. But certainly you're safe in your home. There are an awful lot of shadows
though. That sound just now, the one that sounded like a footstep—that was
probably just the floorboards settling... probably. The door's locked, right? Of
course, there are other ways into your house. The window, for instance... a thin
pane of glass between you and, well, whatever. A lot of closets too, with just
enough room for someone to stand in. It's best not to think about it. How about
watching a movie? Something to keep you company in the dark. A nice double
feature perhaps.
Night of the Living Dead staring Vincent Price: From the mind of Director George Romero comes one of the greatest horror
movies of all time, a film against which all other horror movies are measured.
When the entire world becomes a graveyard, every neighborhood an open crypt,
when the dead rise, how can the living hope to survive? Follow the story of
seven people as they try to endure the most terrible experiences imaginable.
Last Man on Earth staring Vincent Price: Imagine being the last man on earth. The last living man. Horror legend
Vincent Price stars in this film based upon a classic novel, written by Richard
Matheson, about the end of civilization. By day, Robert Morgan (Price) is free
to walk the streets scrounging for food. But by night he must remain locked
within the fragile safety of his home as he is hunted by the savage beasts that
were once his neighbors.
